About me
I am an experienced mental health counselor who is dedicated to help adults find healing and help redefine their story.
I have a deep passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly: Postpartum and perinatal periods, veteran’s and their family members, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression.
I believe therapy can help you gain insights into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, fostering personal growth and self-awareness. Therapy is about meeting the client where they are within these aspects of healing. In order to best do that I approach therapy from a wide range of therapeutic orientations. A main therapeutic orientation I believe to be a core part of the healing process is Psychodynamic therapy. This approach believes that’s a persons journey and history is an important place for creating historical, current and future healing.
