About me
I am mental health counselor with experience helping adults navigate challenges with their mental health, relationships, and life stressors.
Life is full of challenges and changes. Relationships, mental and physical health issues, transitions, trauma, and job stress can all be tough to navigate. Thankfully, we don’t have to do it alone.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate difficulties and achieve a more fulfilling life. I aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings more deeply; while learning the skills to feel better.
Whether you need support during tough times or want to make lasting positive changes, counseling can help!
