About me
I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner who loves helping children, teenagers, and adults reach their full potential. I help clients navigate through lives many difficulties.
I graduated from the University of Nebraska- Kearney, have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health . I have experience with the homeless population, adolescents, and other various populations. I have worked with trauma, behavioral, grief and loss, along with other mental health concerns. I also have social work experience with children and adults that have had services through Crossroads Homeless Shelter and hospice. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused approaches.
