I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma and a National Certified Counselor. I am an Approved LPC Supervisor for licensure in the state of Oklahoma. I work with adolescents and adults. I have worked extensively with clients who have experienced trauma, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and anger management. I offer Telehealth services to all 77 counties in the state of Oklahoma as well as Supervision for LPC Candidates.

I graduated with my Master's degree from the Community Counseling graduate program through Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU). I received by Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma (OU) with a major in Psychology and minor in Sociology.

I use a range of theoretical orientations, strategies, and techniques with my clients throughout treatment. Treatment is individually tailored to fit the client's needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy assists clients with identifying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to initiate change. Client-centered Therapy allows the client to direct the session with the counselor. The counselor provides unconditional positive regard, understanding, and empathy towards the client. Solution-focused Brief Therapy is short-term therapy in which the client and counselor work together to find solutions and achieve goals, rather than focus on problems. The therapeutic relationship that is built between the counselor and client heavily influences the progress that the client will make in treatment, which is why I place special importance upon building this relationship.

I offer Telehealth services to all 77 counties in the state of Oklahoma. Services include individual and family outpatient counseling services for clients 12yrs old and older through a platform that is a private, HIPPA compliant infrastructure that can be used on a phone, tablet, or computer.
