About me
I help people make sense of relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions so they can move forward with clarity and connection.
Seeking therapy often means something important in your life or relationships isn’t working the way you hoped it would. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in repeating conflicts, emotional distance, or difficult life transitions and want more than surface-level solutions—they want real understanding and lasting change.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view challenges through a relational lens. Even when you come individually, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you think, feel, and connect with others. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand both yourself and the dynamics around you.
I especially enjoy working with couples navigating high conflict, communication breakdowns, or moments where the relationship feels uncertain or strained. Together, we slow things down, increase understanding, and create space for new ways of relating that feel more secure and intentional.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is calm, direct, and deeply engaged in the process—not just listening, but helping conversations move somewhere meaningful.
I provide secure telehealth therapy for clients located anywhere in Utah and Idaho, as well as in-person sessions in Utah County with flexible daytime availability.
