About me
As a licensed therapist in North Carolina, I specialize in helping adults heal from complex (relational) trauma and the lasting patterns it can create in their relationships, nervous systems, and sense of self. I support clients experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and major life transitions.
My work is especially suited for people who have spent much of their lives caring for others, adapting to maintain connection, or setting aside their own needs to keep relationships secure. Using trauma-informed, nervous-system-based, and parts-oriented approaches, I help clients understand the protective patterns beneath their struggles, build greater emotional capacity, and reconnect with their needs, boundaries, and inner wisdom.
I work primarily with women and young adults, including those navigating divorce, pregnancy, parenting, relational change, or identity transitions. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcome. Together, we will help you move beyond survival, strengthen your connection with yourself, and create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fully your own.
