Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with advanced credentials as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. I have training and expertise in personal development, Leadership, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and am a trained consultant and life coach. I enjoy helping individuals identify their strengths and build on those to pursue their goals using solution focused therapy techniques. I have experience working with individuals with post traumatic stress, anxiety, and panic disorders. I have experience providing consulting and coaching services to individuals and businesses looking to expand their offerings and pursue changes and am an experienced clinical supervisor, former CEO, and organizational change consultant.
