I offer a supportive space to process challenges and provide tools like handouts and exercises to support growth between sessions. We’ll move at your pace—together.
I believe therapy starts with meeting you where you are—whether we need to “sit in the suck” for a bit or begin building toward change right away. Our work is collaborative: I’m here as your partner, not your lecturer. With humble beginnings in healthcare as a CNA at age 17, I’ve built a career rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for every person’s journey.
