About me
Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My goal is to help you uncover what’s holding you back and build the resilience to move forward.
Whether you’re managing stress, breaking unhelpful patterns, or building self-confidence, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore these challenges. Together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful and lasting change that aligns with your goals. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you on this journey.
I have 10 years of experience working in various therapeutic settings. I hold a BA in Psychology and a minor in Education from FIU, along with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I'm a National Certified Counselor and a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern working toward licensure. I specialize in helping with anxiety, career counseling, coping skills, depression, family conflict, life transitions, peer relationships, school issues, self-esteem, stress, and women's issues. A typical treatment plan may involve setting clear goals, learning tools to manage challenges, and exploring patterns that may be holding you back. I incorporate an eclectic approach, blending different techniques to suit your unique needs. Whether it's through creative exercises in Expressive Arts, a supportive, nonjudgmental space with Person-Centered therapy, Strength-Based therapy, CBT, etc., my aim is to tailor our sessions so you feel understood and equipped for lasting growth. I offer virtual therapy sessions most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm EST. I'm not accepting insurance right now. Out-of-pocket payments only. Please reach out with any questions, I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
