About me
I primarily treat trauma and personality disorders. I am currently fully certified in clinical complex trauma. I also have extensive experience with addiction, anxiety & agoraphobia.I have worked in several community mental health agencies, psychiatric rehabilitation centers, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient programs for severe mental illness.
I am a licensed mental health professional with extensive experience working with adults who are navigating trauma, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD (CPTSD), and related mental health concerns. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and client-centered approach that emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration. I believe that healing is possible when individuals feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their therapeutic journey.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to creating a therapeutic environment where clients can process painful experiences, explore the impact of trauma, and develop effective strategies for managing symptoms. I integrate evidence-based interventions with a compassionate, individualized approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My commitment is to provide the highest quality of care by combining clinical expertise with empathy, respect, and authenticity.
I work closely with clients who may feel overwhelmed by the lingering effects of trauma, weighed down by depression, or stuck in cycles of fear, guilt, or self-doubt. Together, we focus on building resilience, developing healthier coping strategies, and cultivating a renewed sense of self-worth and stability. Whether someone is beginning therapy for the first time or returning to continue their healing, I strive to meet them where they are, offering support that is both compassionate and clinically effective.
My ultimate goal is to help clients experience meaningful and lasting progress. I am passionate about empowering individuals to reclaim their lives, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a future defined not by past pain but by growth, healing, and hope.
