About me
I am an experienced holistic clinical social worker with a passion for helping individuals 18 and up throughout the life span with adjustment to changes, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, health issues, reproductive mental health, and all that life brings. I also work with military service members and their spouses, those in long distance relationships, and those struggling with mild to moderate alcohol use disorder and desiring positive change.
I have over 20 years of experience in multiple settings, including women's health, foster care, and community mental health as both a therapist for all ages and a supervisor of other mental health clinicians. I am also approved as a training supervisor in the state of Ohio for advanced degree social work clinicians. I have additional education in spirituality and comparative religion (D.Div.), as well as a certification as an Integrative Mental Health Professional. I look at the whole person, including sleep, nutrition, relationships, and health issues. I currently offer convenient telehealth sessions so that I can reach residents needing support anywhere in the state of Ohio. For those local to Medina, Summit or southwestern Cuyahoga County, I also offer occasional in person group workshops and retreats on specific mental wellness topics for all ages.
