Are you struggling to heal after leaving a toxic relationship? Do you feel as though you’ve lost yourself or you don’t even know who you are? Is it difficult to express your feelings or thoughts? Perhaps you are experiencing tension or communication problems in your relationships? If you have, or are experiencing any of these issues, I would be honored to walk with you and help you navigate your way to confidence, freedom and healing. I work with adults and approach therapy from a Christian worldview. I integrate faith into the counseling process by request.

My focus includes PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, mood disorders/depression, anxiety and thinking disorders. I offer an integrative approach based the needs of the client. This may include; CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma Focused or Psychodynamic.

We learn about relationships first from our family of origin which influence our perceptions, thoughts and behaviors about the world and how we interact with others. One of my main goals is to create a safe space for clients. You are the expert about you, everyone has a story to tell. I have found that the best way to help someone is to simply listen.
