We will work together to help facilitate positive changes and move toward the life you imagine for yourself.
As a dedicated psychotherapist, I help individuals facing a variety of struggles, including anxiety, trouble focusing, stress, grief, and relationship conflicts. I am here to listen to your concerns, to work to understand your unique situations, and prepare relevant therapy plans based on collaborative goal setting. You are living in your life - nobody else is - and your lived experience matters. This also means you must be involved in your growth and healing.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical professional psychology from Roosevelt University. I am married and am a mom to three boys and two cats. I also teach tae kwon do where we believe a commitment to hard work toward individual growth is essential.
