I offer a compassionate, nonjudgemental space, for you, as the client to explore the inner psyche, to bring subconscious beliefs into consciousness and to release stress and tension held within the body. Together we will come up with a customized approach to therapy, which may blend CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic techniques, and/or Expressive Arts.
These approaches are designed to support you, in reclaiming a sense of value and self worth, to release the hold past traumas and stressors may have on you, and to identify and develop inner strengths and resiliencies.
