About me
The Path to Healing: Nurturing Resilience as a Trauma Specialist
After fourteen years as a therapist, I have been privileged to witness a truth that I want to share with you: suffering is not your destiny.
I know that life can be profoundly difficult at times. You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, the echoes of trauma, the depths of depression, or the deep ache of grief. These burdens can make you feel fundamentally "not good enough." Please know that this feeling is a lie your pain tells you.
I've seen time and time again that those who choose to stop running—who turn toward their pain with courage and a willing heart—find something truly transformative. With focused effort and compassionate guidance, I offer you the tools and ability to move beyond avoidance and into a space of deep satisfaction and lasting happiness.
The strength and capacity you need to heal are already within you. You are worthy of a life that feels whole, peaceful, and joyfully lived. You are more than good enough—and the life you're seeking is waiting for you to claim it.
