About me
I am a mature, experienced psychotherapist working with adults over age 26 who wish to expand themselves and their lives.
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Life Coach, with decades of experience providing successful psychotherapy/counseling/insight to adults, working with a wide range of complex emotional problems. My specialties: hypnotherapy, EMDR, women's issues, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, Law of Attraction, Tarot. I am a storyteller living in Boulder, Colorado.
My style is warm and engaged. I offer compassionate, client-centered, change-focused therapy, utilizing wide-ranging approaches, including depth talk therapy, hypnotherapy/guided imagery, EMDR, Gestalt, Jungian, writing, music, DBT, CBT, Narrative, intuition/insight, Tarot and other modalities. Life is richer with laughter, so I bring humor to my sessions.
I enjoy working with females who are courageously willing to explore the deeper layers of the unconscious mind.
