About me
I am an Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Level 3 Registered Counsellor with over three years of professional counselling experience. I support clients in navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma experiences, self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and depression.
I have experience providing individual counselling, couples counselling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support, WorkSafe Victoria-related counselling referrals, and online telehealth counselling for clients from diverse backgrounds. My counselling approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based counselling, to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
I am also able to provide counselling support in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Malay, allowing me to better support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences.
