About me
I am a master’s-level social worker, a DBH doctoral student, and a PhD student in Applied Psychophysiology, called to create safer, more compassionate spaces for individuals and families impacted by trauma. My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional training, and grounded in how I choose to show up; with humility, curiosity, and deep respect for the stories individuals carry.
I am drawn to the quiet complexity of the mind and body. Specifically, how trauma lives within us, and how healing can unfold when met with care that feels human and reachable. My heart is especially with underserved communities, where compassionate support can shift the course of a life. At the center of my work is a simple intention: to listen well, remain open, and honor the dignity of every person I meet. It is truly an honor to walk alongside clients as they move through pain, growth, and toward lives that feel more steady, more whole, and their own.
