My focus is on psychological and spiritual wellness. A state of wellbeing in these realms can increase the resilience needed to address life's never-ending challenges and enhance the ability to appreciate life's never-ending gifts.

My clinical focus is on women's health, including infertility distress, prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety; grief and loss, including pregnancy loss due to miscarriage and abortion; men's health, including sexual health issues and anger; chronic pain; phase of life problems; immigration and acculturation difficulties; and immigration psychological evaluations.

I believe each person is the expert in their own life, and each person holds the answer they are seeking. My role as a psychologist is to help those with whom I work with to uncover what they already know. To facilitate this work, I practice from an integrated approach to wellness. I combine a traditional psychological approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, psychodynamic) with dreamwork, hypnosis and spirituality. The goal is to tap into the wisdom and healing powers that reside just below conscious awareness. The emergence of self-compassion, self-love and forgiveness promotes transformational healing. This journey can lead to the door that opens the possibility to be one's best self and live one's best life.
