About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in helping you build self-love, improve communication, and find your sense of purpose and belonging.
I specialize in addressing isolation, social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and control patterns. I'm also experienced in supporting those healing from trauma, panic disorder, and life transitions like divorce and separation. Body image concerns and posttraumatic stress are areas where I bring particular care and attention.
I'm committed to meeting you where you are, regardless of your background, beliefs, or identity. I work effectively with clients across the spectrum of faith perspectives—whether you're Christian, non-religious, or exploring spirituality in your own way. I'm equally dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and those with diverse political and worldviews.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to serve a broader community with cultural responsiveness and ease.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard, respected, and supported. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and genuine care as you move toward greater peace and wholeness.
