About me
A Bilingual Psychotherapist Committed to Inclusive, Client-Centered Care.
Hi! My name is Lupita and I am a psychotherapist at Eclectic Therapy. I’m so happy you’re here!
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to those seeking a safe, supportive, and understanding space. I recognize that reaching out for therapy takes courage—especially when stigma around mental health is a real, scary, lived experience. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are: without judgment, pressure, or expectation. Healing is not linear, and I’m committed to supporting you as you navigate each step with compassion and care.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and humanistic, emphasizing empathy, respect, and collaboration. This means I will be your biggest advocate and challenge you to achieve the goals you have in mind for yourself. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to help guide and support you in discovering your strengths and potential.
As a bilingual therapist from a multicultural background, I also bring cultural humility and understanding to my work. I know firsthand how identity, culture, and community shape our experiences and healing process.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I strive to create a trustworthy, nonjudgmental environment, where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Together, we’ll form a team to work towards meaningful change and empowering you to find healing, growth, and self-compassion.
