About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work mostly with adolescents and adults managing anxiety and depression. I also work well with client who have experienced trauma or who are in current crises.
I believe that the most important part of life is human connection. This is where I begin when working with clients no matter the reasons they are seeking therapy. I take a client centered, empathetic and non judgemental approach to this process. This process often includes mindfull, cognitive and spiritual therapeutic modalities in my work with clients.
My passion for helping others lead me to this field. My non judgemental nature allows me to work with those from all walks of life while providing clients the safe space to be vulnerable so that healing can begin.
