Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I have been counseling clients for over a decade and working with diverse populations for over 20 years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I specialize in Trauma, Grief, Loss and Infertility.
I chose to specialize in trauma because of my personal experiences and hope to help others with their own as well. I believe in finding an individualized treatment that works best for each client because there is "no one size fits all" to heal in one's journey. I used several approaches to assist with each client's journey such as, Trauma Focused, Person-Centered Psychotherapy, Supportive Therapy, Culturally Sensitive modalities, and Relational Therapy.
