About me
I help teens and adults break free from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance-use patterns so they can move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Do you feel stuck, weighed down by negative patterns, or unsure how to move forward? Anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance-use concerns can make it difficult to feel like yourself or create the life you want. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, better understand what is holding you back, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
I work with teens and adults, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual experiences and goals. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and other trauma-informed and strengths-based methods. With nine years of sobriety and personal experience overcoming significant challenges, I understand how difficult rebuilding your life can be—and how rewarding it is when meaningful change begins to take hold.
I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical. Together, we will examine the thoughts, emotions, and patterns keeping you stuck while strengthening the coping skills needed to face life with greater resilience and confidence. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable incorporating spirituality or Christian faith into the counseling process.
My goal is not simply to help you feel better temporarily, but to help you create lasting change and live with greater confidence, authenticity, and fulfillment. If you are ready to take that next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
