About me
I specialize in helping individuals improve quality of life across all social circles (i.e. community, school, work etc....). I specialize in Anger Management techniques and Trauma. This is a safe space where you can deal with issues such as depression, trauma, anxiety, anger, as well as identity. Therapy can be a scary place in which as person is in a vulerable state. I AM HERE TO HELP! I have been practicing for 10+ years. I cater to children, adolescents, adults and elderly adults.
I am a go getter who waits for the client to share underlying issues. I do not force therapy. During the initial part of therapy it is about getting to know one another and building of trust (this varies from person to person). Some jump right in. Therapy is not a microwave! It can take time to gain back to a baseline level of functioning. I have in-person appointments for indivivduals within the Atlanta Metro area. I also offer evening appointments.
