About me
If you're someone who is dealing with anxiety, depression, grieving, financial strains, marital/family issues, behavioral issues with your children, identity issues, or employment issues - You and I may be a great fit to work together. I invite you to think of therapy as a process where we will identify your unique issue, and go down the road of discovery to help you understand your beliefs, values and systems around your current lifestyle. As we develop deeper understanding of your unique view of the world we can then cultivate a life you're excited about and achieve freedom from these problems/situations you feel stuck in.
As someone who has spent time working in every setting from in-patient units, to private practice I've met all types of people. I understand that the human experience is something that is worth appreciating, in any and all forms people may come in. I strive to foster a space of understanding and curiosity to help you step into the next stage of life.
I've worked in mental health my entire life. Since the age of 20 I've been striving to help others transform their lives. With over 40 years of experience I use a psychodynamic approach mixing multiple modalities to help clients navigate issues with ease as we work through, traumas, anxieties, depressive episodes, and many more of life struggles together.
