About me
Hey, I’m glad you’re here. Life’s tough sometimes—but you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help, especially when you’re used to being the strong one for everyone else. Maybe you’ve been holding it together for a while, showing up for others, but inside you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what to do next. You don’t have to go through this alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to get support.
I work with people who are navigating some of life’s toughest moments—grief after loss, anxiety that just won’t let up, sadness that makes it hard to function, or relationships that feel painful or confusing. Many of my clients are carrying things they’ve been holding in for a long time. My job is to create a space where you can breathe, speak freely, and feel truly seen—without judgment.
In my practice, I draw from a mix of proven, practical tools including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused work. I’ll always tailor our sessions to what’s most helpful for you. We’ll work together to figure out what’s getting in the way and how to move toward more clarity, steadiness, and ease.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be real—messy, curious, stuck, or unsure—and still feel supported. You don’t need to have the “right” words. You don’t need to be “fixed.” You just need a place to land, explore, and find your footing again. That’s what I offer.
I’m also deeply committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space. I care about social justice, and I recognize how systems of inequality—like racism, ableism, classism, or discrimination based on gender or sexuality—can impact mental health. These conversations are welcome and important in our work together. Everyone deserves high-quality support that respects who they are and where they come from.
Outside of therapy, I’m a bit of a tea enthusiast, and I’m always trying to get outside when the weather allows. I believe in the power of small things—small moments of relief, small steps forward, and small reminders that you’re not alone.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. When you’re ready, I’m here.
