Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I proudly offer over 20 years of experience as a registered and board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor serving adolescents, families and adults seeking to manage depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions/changes.
In addition to helping clients develop coping skills, I look toward improving overall well-being. The foundation of my training and clinical work is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic based on the teachings of some of the greatest minds in Art Therapy (Edith Kramer+) at New York University. Over the years, my understanding of human nature and treatment has been influenced by a Developmental perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mind-Body synthesis. My diverse techniques including expressive arts therapy, meditation and yoga incorporate the whole person into healing.
