About me

Hello, and welcome. I’m a BACP Accredited Counsellor and CBT Therapist, and I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you.

If your mind feels constantly busy — overthinking, worrying, replaying situations, or expecting the worst — you are not alone. Anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief, and life changes can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted and stuck in negative patterns that are difficult to break. Alongside my professional experience, I also understand anxiety on a personal level, which allows me to work with empathy, compassion, and genuine understanding.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate Person-Centred Counselling with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping you explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe space while also developing practical tools to manage challenges more effectively. Together, we can work towards understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, so you can feel more in control and confident in your daily life.

I support adults experiencing:

• Anxiety and overthinking
• Depression and low mood
• Low self-esteem and self-confidence
• Bereavement, grief, and loss
• Stress and burnout
• Relationship and emotional difficulties
• Life transitions and personal challenges

I believe therapy should feel supportive, respectful, and empowering. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped with the tools to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
