About me
A lack of judgement, a sense of humor, and creativity, are some of the strengths I bring to the work I have been doing with clients over the past 16 plus years. I work with individual adults, couples and adult families to craft a path forward through challenges, disagreements and the stresses that life inevitably presents.
I have been working in private practice since finishing my MA in Counseling Psychology and passing my licensing exams sixteen years ago. I work collaboratively with my clients which is to say that our sessions are often more like intense conversations, but not always! I have specific training in grief, pet bereavement, ADHD, anxiety, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I believe that focusing on the strengths my clients already possess when they come through the door can facilitates powerful changes.
