About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. Over my career, I've worked with clients across the lifespan, developing particular expertise in stress and anxiety, parenting concerns, self-esteem, and ADHD-related challenges.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I specialize in helping clients navigate communication difficulties, attachment patterns, social anxiety, and feelings of isolation or loneliness. I'm also experienced in supporting women through unique life experiences—including pregnancy, childbirth, and health challenges like cancer—as well as the stress and emotional weight of caregiving roles.
I work with clients who are seeking a secular, non-religious therapeutic space, and I have a particular warmth for working with older adults. Whether you're struggling with self-love and self-worth, managing impulsivity, or working through relational patterns, I'm here to help you build the skills and insight you need to move forward.
I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you with genuine care and respect. I'm honored to support you on your healing journey.
