I openly guide therapeutic conversations around what my clients are struggling with, what they think and feel about their experiences, and help them find and create plans of action to manage and minimize what they are struggling with. I empower my clients to create positive change by focusing on their unique strengths and abilities. I utilize various modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, internal family systems, strengths based, solution focused, humanistic, to name a few. I use the best techniques for each of my clients and help them find inner peace and joy, again.
