I am a mental health therapist with a long history of working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. I am committed to helping clients find a more hopeful and peaceful future.

Welcome to Grace Haven Counseling where you are invited to let down your guard and begin exploring areas of your life that seem to consistently be a problem in your life. It can feel uncomfortable and awkward on your journey to find wholeness and peace, but you will not walk that road alone. I provide a welcoming space that allows you to work with a licensed therapist as you find direction and security in your life. If you are struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, grief or other overwhelming event(s) in your life, I would like to help you. I am trained in EMDR and EFT, and Brain-Spotting, the trauma treatment techniques most suited for working with trauma. Despite the temptation to believe otherwise, there IS hope and healing for you. Often, it feels as if the pressures and fears in life are unending, and you are all alone. I believe otherwise. You can succeed! I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to find wholeness, happiness, and peace.

I provide client-centered, strengths-based, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in addition to the trauma treatment modalities mentioned above. Our relationship is a partnership, a joint effort, that will give you the support and encouragement you need to achieve the quality of life that you desire and overcome the obstacles currently in your way.
