About me
Bringing experience from addiction treatment, community mental health, homelessness services, and over 12 years facilitating grief and bereavement groups. Specialized background in recovery, grief and loss, trauma, and helping individuals navigate complex life challenges.
People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or carrying burdens they have been managing alone for a long time. I work with adults navigating substance use and recovery, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. Many are facing complex challenges and are looking for a space where they can feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we build on strengths, develop practical tools, and create a path forward that feels meaningful and realistic.
I specialize in substance use and recovery, grief and loss, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, and harm reduction principles.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are navigating recovery, grief, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we can begin wherever you are. Healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and supported—and you do not have to carry it all alone.
