About me
Experienced in treating anxiety, stress management, self esteem/self worth concern, grief and losses, and life changes and transitions.
If you are here, searching through these many profiles, that’s a lot. You’re probably searching for some sort of help, understanding, and finding a way forward. I sincerely hope you find who you need. I offer assistance in North Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We may be a good fit if you are struggling with anxiety, stress management, sleep challenges such as insomnia, low self-esteem/self-worth, grief and losses of many types. I use CBT as a framework for treatment, along with several others which may be beneficial for you. My style is supportive and informal. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. You know you. I am here to help, but you are the expert on you. We are all unique and find our strengths in our own way. I understand reaching out may feel uncomfortable and leave you feeling vulnerable, and I offer a safe place for you to be heard and supported. I understand messy, because life is. You’re not broken. You’re surviving with protective ways you know. Maybe these ways aren’t helpful now, and we can find new ways that allow you to feel your best.
