About me
I am a master's level therapist experienced working with adults. My goal as a therapist is to assist you to improve the quality of life by assisting in reprocessing emotional reactions that interfere with you living your best life.
I am licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota and have experience working with children from age 4 to span of life. My philosophy is that I am the conduit to assist you to improve your quality of life by addressing issues that are preventing you from living your best life. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist to address your identified experiences. Some modalities utilized include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting,, EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I encourage my clients to practice self-advocacy, and practicing skills outside of therapy. I see clients in person in Wausau, Wisconsin, and via telehealth.
