About me
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician who is dedicated to helping adult individuals facing anxiety, highly sensitive persons, those navigating family relationship stressors, immigrants coping with professional and family challenges, and individuals dealing with identity-related issues. She extends her support to those grappling with racially based trauma in the workplace and individuals overcoming religious trauma.
My commitment to clients is evident in my diverse skill set. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and have undergone specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and is Parts Work/Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS)-informed.
Recognizing that every individual's journey is unique, I embrace a diversified therapeutic approach. Drawing inspiration from various ideologies, including person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance-commitment therapy, somatic practices, and mindfulness-based therapy, I create a safe and nurturing environment to navigate life's challenges and amplify personal strengths.
