About me

ACCEPTING CLIENTS IN COLORADO AND FLORIDA
I am a personable, client-centered therapist who works with children, teens, adults, and families on concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, grief and loss, trauma, and parenting challenges. Using a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and holistic approach, I support clients in building coping skills, strengthening relationships, and finding greater calm and connection in their daily lives.

I am a personable, genuine, and laid-back therapist who believes that a strong connection between client and therapist is the foundation for meaningful change. I work with individuals of all ages—children, teens, adults, and families—and I especially enjoy supporting children under age 10 and their caregivers. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
Much of my work focuses on helping families and parents better understand their child’s emotions and behaviors. Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, so those feelings often show up through behavior. I enjoy helping parents make sense of these behaviors while supporting children in learning new ways to cope when things feel tough. I also work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment concerns, and life transitions, always meeting clients where they are.
My approach is client-centered, empathic, trauma-informed, and holistic. I draw from my training as a Registered Play Therapist, my background in infant and early childhood mental health, and my experience providing individual, family, and group counseling. I also integrate mindfulness, yoga, and body-based awareness when helpful. I work collaboratively with clients to identify challenges, build practical skills, and support lasting emotional and relational well-being.
In addition to providing therapy, I offer clinical supervision and consultation for graduate-level social work students, pre-licensed clinicians, and licensed colleagues seeking support and professional growth. My goal as a supervisor is to help you develop into the type of social worker you want to be—by strengthening your clinical skills, building confidence, clarifying your professional identity, and finding a sustainable work–life balance.
My supervision style is authentic, laid-back, and supportive. I value getting to know you as both a clinician and a person, and I strive to create a safe, encouraging space where questions are welcome and challenging conversations can happen. Together, we will explore your interests, identify your ideal client population, and build on the strengths you already bring to your work while addressing areas for growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Florida, a Registered Play Therapist, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have been supervising graduate-level and pre-licensed clinicians since 2021 and have experience supporting MSW students, clinicians working toward licensure, and therapists in agency and private practice settings. I also offer consultation services for licensed clinicians. My background includes community mental health, private practice, school-based services, higher education, and training in trauma-informed and attachment-focused care.
