About me
Oftentimes, people go through phases of life feeling overwhelmed or hopeless. You are not alone and it is okay to not be okay. Life is an unpredictable experience filled with ups and downs that can sometimes lead to feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, stressed or stuck.
I’ve spent the past 20 years providing play therapy, individual and family counseling services to youth, adolescents, young adults and adults. The process of beginning therapy might feel scary and unknown, or perhaps you are excited and hopeful. Regardless, I believe in the value of counseling and providing a safe place for people to process and share their feelings. I strive to make the therapy process feel approachable and safe. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy integrative approach that is built on collaboration. We will work together in addressing your specific needs and mapping out the best steps for you in your journey.
I work with individuals and families from all walks of life, but I specialize in helping those heal from depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, relationship concerns, managing stress, parenting difficulties, and familial concerns.
I am honored when people allow me to partner with them to become healthier and happier in all aspects of their lives. I understand that sharing and being vulnerable is not always easy, and I would feel honored to have you trust me with the things that are heavy on your heart.
