About me
I’m a pre-licensed mental health therapist and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I help individuals heal from trauma, manage ADHD, and navigate life’s challenges.
Hi, I’m Lorene, a pre-licensed mental health therapist working under supervision while completing my LPCC hours. I support teens and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, identity, major life transitions, and substance use concerns. Many of my clients are exploring who they are and what they want in this season of life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
As a Mexican-American therapist, I care deeply about holding space for people who feel in-between. Whether that’s between cultures, identities, or life roles. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are safe to show up and be seen.
