About me
As a bilingual marriage and family therapist, I help clients navigate life transitions, rebuild relationships, and find balance by addressing communication, trauma, and identity within the family system.
As a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families rediscover connection, balance, and emotional safety. I provide a warm, collaborative space where we can explore how your family history, cultural identity, and life experiences have shaped who you are today — and how you want to grow next.
My approach integrates family systems therapy and cultural awareness to support healing and understanding across generations. Whether you’re navigating relationship strain, stress, racial or cultural identity challenges, or family conflict, I help you uncover patterns that may no longer serve you and develop new ways to communicate and relate.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for years in the legal field, supporting families through conflict and change. That experience taught me the power of understanding each person’s story and the importance of empathy, structure, and clarity in healing. I now combine that insight with clinical tools to help clients strengthen relationships and make meaningful, lasting changes.
As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I work with clients from diverse cultural and generational backgrounds. I believe that therapy should honor the unique mix of values, beliefs, and traditions that shape each family system. My clients often describe me as compassionate, insightful, and easy to talk to — someone who helps them feel seen and supported without judgment.
At this time, I am licensed to provide therapy in Virginia, offering sessions primarily through telehealth. I am in the process of completing licensure requirements to serve clients in Maryland in the near future.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
