I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist providing assessment and treatment for adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship and work issues, trauma recovery, grief and loss, and coping with chronic pain and illness. I believe in a personalized approach that builds on strengths and develops coping skills to help individuals attain a sense of empowerment, inner peace, and personal growth.

Our job is to discover and implement changes that will help you to feel better about yourself, strengthen your relationships, and help you cope better with the stresses of life. We will work together to assess your strengths, determine challenges, and set goals. I provide therapy that focuses on the whole person.
