Being well is important to face life's challenges which often change how we see ourselves, others, and our connection to the world. It can feel overwhelming, whether you are making intentional, positive changes in your life, or dealing with unexpected or unwanted events. We all need support with these changes through healing relationships of many forms - friends, family, partners, teachers, spiritual mentors, pets and therapists. I provide mindful and compassionate counseling for those seeking wellness, emotional growth and support through life's challenges and changes.
I have over 20 years of counseling experience in an array of settings, supporting adults and youth suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, ADHD, grief and loss. I believe in treating the whole person, using individualized strategies using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma related therapies. Through a supportive, compassionate approach with gentle challenges, we can develop a healthy path towards your goals, building resilience and empowerment, embracing your joy and allowing you to live your best life.
