I'm Loni, a licensed mental health counselor. With a strong foundation in human development and extensive training in clinical mental health counseling, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique mental health journeys.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially during seasons of change, caregiving, or when your mind never seems to slow down. You might feel anxious, stuck in overthinking, or like you’re carrying a heavy mental load most days.
I work with people who want a supportive, judgment-free space to talk things through and learn tools that help with anxiety, stress, and everyday overwhelm. Many of my clients relate to neurodivergent traits or are navigating major life transitions. Sessions are practical, flexible, and focused on what actually works for you.
