About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Missouri with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life's most challenging transitions. My work centers on helping people navigate family conflicts, grief, trauma, and the profound life changes that shape our journeys. I'm particularly drawn to working with older adults, caregivers, and families navigating blended family dynamics, as well as individuals on hospice and end-of-life paths.
I bring deep compassion to conversations around isolation, loneliness, guilt, shame, and the search for life purpose. I also have meaningful experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and those managing caregiver stress and burnout.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice. I believe in meeting you where you are—honoring your values, worldview, and unique circumstances—while creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuine. I'm committed to walking alongside you with authenticity and care as you work toward healing and meaning.
If you're considering therapy, I want you to know that reaching out takes courage, and I'm honored to support you.
