About me

Warm, down-to-earth counselor helping individuals overcome burnout, anxiety, and life's toughest moments through authentic connection.

Hi, and thank you for taking that important first step to explore support. Beginning therapy is a meaningful decision, and finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is key to making real progress.

I firmly believe therapy should feel like a genuine, compassionate conversation with someone who truly cares—not a clinical interrogation or a rigid, high-pressure environment where you feel judged or expected to have everything figured out. My goal is to cultivate a grounded, welcoming space where you can speak candidly, process life's heaviest moments, and build practical tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.

About Me & My Approach
With over five years of experience in mental health services and crisis intervention—including dedicated work on the front lines with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline—I have had the honor of walking alongside individuals through some of their most vulnerable and painful moments.

Those high-stakes experiences reinforced a fundamental truth: true, lasting healing happens through authentic connection, unconditional empathy, and mutual trust.

Because no two life paths, personalities, or challenges are identical, I avoid one-size-fits-all frameworks. Instead, I take an integrative and personalized approach to counseling, drawing from a rich variety of evidence-based modalities and tailoring every session to your unique goals, values, and strengths. Together, we will examine what is working, address where you feel stuck, and build practical, real-world strategies for lasting emotional well-being.

Areas of Focus & Specializations
Whether you are navigating acute stress, long-standing emotional patterns, or major life transitions, our work together can help you find stability and perspective. Key focus areas include:

Trauma & Somatic-Focused Work: Understanding how stress and past trauma reside in the mind and body, helping you re-establish safety, groundedness, and agency.

Crisis Support & Risk Intervention: Compassionate, specialized care for individuals experiencing self-harm, suicidal ideation, or overwhelming crisis, providing calm stability when you need it most.

Grief & Loss: Honoring your unique mourning process after losing a loved one, a career, a relationship, or a significant life chapter.

Anxiety & Depression: Breaking free from intrusive cycles of worry, negative self-talk, emotional numbness, or low motivation using actionable coping mechanisms.

Overwhelm & Burnout: Restoring balance for high-achievers, caregivers, or professionals feeling drained by non-stop demands and constant stress.

Life Stressors & Transitions: Navigating shifts in career, relationships, identity, or major milestones with guidance and structure.

Emotional Regulation & Skill Building: Developing real-time tools to navigate intense feelings, set healthy boundaries, and communicate effectively.

Services Offered & Creative Modalities
All services are provided remotely via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, allowing you to receive high-quality counseling from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

1. Individual Therapy (Ages 13+ / Teens & Adults)
One-on-one sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you prefer deep reflective discussions, practical skill-building, or creative avenues for expression, we tailor our meetings to match your communication style.

2. Flexible Communication Formats
Because traditional video calls aren't the ideal medium for everyone, I offer multiple ways to connect:

Traditional Video Sessions: High-definition, face-to-face virtual sessions.

Video Game–Assisted Therapy: Utilizing collaborative digital environments (such as Minecraft, Roblox, or Fortnite) as a comfortable, engaging space to build rapport, process complex feelings, and practice problem-solving in real time. This is especially impactful for teens and young adults who thrive in non-traditional therapy settings.

Phone Sessions: Screen-free, focused conversations ideal for those who express themselves best through voice alone or experience screen fatigue.

Secure Messaging / Real-Time Chat: Text-based messaging directly through our secure portal for convenient, structured communication.

Telehealth Coverage Throughout Texas
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under supervision in Texas, I am proud to offer convenient online therapy services across the entire state. Whether you reside in a major metropolitan hub or a quiet rural community, support is accessible wherever you have an internet connection.

Taking the Next Step
Healing doesn't happen overnight, but you don't have to navigate the path alone. If you're ready to explore what counseling can do for you, let's set up a time to talk.
