About me
Happy to meet you. My name is Lissette, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems. I am dedicated to helping you.
I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.
My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story! Mostly, clients tell me they feel like they have chatted with a friend but realize there has been growth in the conversation. Hopefully I will be able to be a resource for you, to listen, to guide and to help you find your happy peace.
