About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and emotional struggles. I work with LGBTQ+ clients and older adults, creating a welcoming and affirming space where you can explore what matters most to you.
My practice focuses on helping people navigate self-worth, communication difficulties, isolation, and questions about life purpose. I also support those working through trauma, panic, grief and loss, guilt and shame, body image concerns, and the unique stressors of caregiving. I'm skilled in helping clients examine patterns of control, practice forgiveness, and build meaningful connections.
My approach is grounded in genuine care and respect for your individual journey. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard and understood. I'm here to walk alongside you as you discover greater clarity, resilience, and peace—at your own pace and in your own way.
