Being a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor along with with many years of successful clinical counseling experience in other fields to and include; Anxiety and Depression, Grief , Anger Management, Couples Related Issues, Family Dynamics, Trauma, and Co-Occurring Disorders. My focus is on Adult Patients (21+) who continue facing overwhelming odds due to PTSD; feeling stressed, anxious, and depressed due to traumatic life events or family partnership relationships; individuals who continue to grieve; or those who continue to work the Steps to maintain and abstain from alcohol and substance use. Taking that FIRST step in the right direction is the beginning of your journey. It is time to make time for yourself and focus on the "here and now."
