About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience helping adults and young adults navigate life’s challenges. My areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, communication, and work-life balance.
Using a holistic, person-centered approach, I draw on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop personalized strategies that support each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore emotions, gain insight, and build practical tools for meaningful growth and balance.
About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience helping adults and young adults work through life’s challenges and transitions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life — those managing serious mental health concerns as well as those seeking greater peace, purpose, and fulfillment in their everyday lives.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly heard and understood, and I strive to create an atmosphere where you can talk openly and feel supported as you move toward positive change.
Outside of my work as a counselor, I value time with loved ones, being outdoors, and practicing mindfulness — simple moments that help me stay grounded and balanced, just as I encourage my clients to do.
About My Practice
Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed. My practice is a place where you can slow down, find support, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, coping with stress, grief, or anxiety, or simply trying to find better balance in your daily life, therapy can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling, blending evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Each session is tailored to your unique goals and needs, helping you develop practical strategies, greater self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow — one step at a time.
What I Offer
I offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel understood, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or navigating a life transition, I’ll help you identify what’s getting in the way of your well-being and develop tools to move forward with greater balance and confidence.
My approach combines compassion with practical, evidence-based strategies. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your ability to manage emotions, improve communication, and build resilience — so you can face life’s challenges with clarity and purpose.
Each session is tailored to your unique goals and pace. I view therapy as a partnership: you bring your experiences and hopes, and I bring a safe, nonjudgmental environment, clinical expertise, and a commitment to helping you create lasting growth and positive change.
